Technical/Functional Skills
* Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing, excellent communication & inter personal skills, flair for business development.
* Knowledge of bidding portals (Odesk, Elance, Web Guru, freelancer PeoplePerHour, etc).
* Experienced in researching and analyzing latest tenders based on marketing trends and providing valuable inputs.
* Ability to meet tender deadlines and work with supervision.
* Well versed with GeM (Government-E-Marketplace).
* Experienced in Handling all tender portals sites, Pvt. Govt. Online Offline and communicate with Government authority for negotiation, if required.
* Getting projects / making new clients for the company.
* Good analytical and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Use cold calls & email marketing tactics to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients.
* To generate business from online bidding portals like Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
* Day to day researching and analyzing latest tenders based on marketing trends and providing valuable inputs.
* Well versed with GeM (Government-E-Marketplace).
* To generate leads and convert them into sales from various platforms like email marketing, online IT portals etc.
* Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/ Principals.
* Work with and develop the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
* Engage the client and the account management team to in regular discussions on our product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns if any.
* Direct and online marketing of web based software applications.
* Should have basic knowledge and willingness to technical terminologies for an IT Company.
* Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients requirement and acquisition.
* Write Proposals and stay active on all portals to communicate effectively with clients.
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
* Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
